RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY
If you order something from us and need a different size or don't love it, rest assured that we have free U.S. returns & exchanges for new, unwashed and unworn items. (Please try on items when received; dirty, washed or worn items may not be returned or exchanged).
Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number, the item you’d like to return and any details on the return or exchange request.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Items in new, unwashed, and unworn condition can be exchanged up to 30 days after purchase. Exchanges will ship to the original shipping address via standard shipping.
Items can be returned in new, unwashed, and unworn conditions up to 30 days after purchase for a refund to the original payment method or up to 60 days for site credit.
Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 3-5 business days after the item is delivered back to us.
Store credit refunds will be available to you as soon as your returned item is received by the return carrier.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is processed.
INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If we make a mistake, we'll correct it quickly and easily.
If you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details on the problem. Our customer service team will correct it promptly.
Orders received during standard business hours 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday typically begin processing immediately. Orders received outside business hours begin processing the next business day.
To request an order change, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate order changes, but please note that not all change requests can be accommodated.
Orders which have been processed and shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
If the shipping address submitted with the order to be changed for any reason after shipment, rerouting fees and/or administration fees may apply.

At this time we cannot offer free returns/exchanges for orders outside of the U.S.
